Under the child protection act photographic images of children under the age of 18 years may not be published or shown without permission from the parent or guardian of the child. Publication includes programmes, notices  and this format of Web-sites. So please be aware that your club web-sites will be monitored so be vigilant when uploading match play photographs.

So as to stop confusion here is the date of the next meeting:

News broke last night that the Premier Division has been reduced to 11 clubs as Braintree Town have folded and have withdrawn from the ERWFL with immediate effect.

Please note that John Bacon is the leagues treasurer and not the supplier of the league registration forms. ALL player registration form requests should go to your respective Satellite secretaries who will supply them to you. The money for these forms have to go to John Bacon within seven days of the request.

The league were informed this week that Hethersett Athletic have withdrawn from the league with immediate effect.

Bill Servey has also asked to have the following listed for your information:-

All players that are being registered with the league that are currently under 18 years of age require some form of proof of age. This will be a copy of Birth Certificate, Medical Card, Passport, or Driving license etc.

And finally can all clubs remember that those that did not purchase their player registration cards at the AGM will need to bring a cheque for the full amount to the meeting on Monday otherwise your players will not be registered.
